Overview

School Social Worker Services

Support for students' academic and social success by providing specialized services that include: assessment of student needs and strengths through observation, interviews and screenings; treatment of mental health and behavioral disorders; provision of individual and group therapeutic services; crisis prevention and intervention; education and training for parents and guardians; information and referral; and collaboration and consultation with school staff, community agencies, organizations and other professionals.
